I’ve spent 18+ years inside ABA organizations — building them, scaling them, and fixing what breaks when growth outpaces systems.

As Director of De Novo Operations at BlueSprig, I launched 27 ABA centers across seven states and authored the De Novo Playbook for national expansion. As Senior Director of Growth, I built a centralized intake division processing 400+ leads per week and increased assessment conversions by 88%. As VP of Clinical Operations at All Together Autism, I built the infrastructure that drove $600K in revenue in Q3 of FY1.

I’m a BCBA licensed in multiple states with a Master’s in ABA from Florida State. I’ve led at every level — from direct clinical work to full P&L accountability — so I understand what actually has to happen on the ground.
